The mixed sulphideoxide ores contain per cent Cu and per cent Co. These ores are also concentrated by flotation with an alkaline sulphydrate. In this case, a sulphide concentrate with 46 per cent Cu and per cent Co and an oxide concentrate with Effective bromine water leachate solutions for recovery of noble metals can be prepared by diluting the concentrate corresponding to the present invention. Before or after dilution it is possible to adjust the pH by adding either a mineral acid or of its source, for example, HBr, HCl or Cl 2

PTC-1a is intended as a replacement for PTC-1, the stock of which is exhausted. It is a noble metals-bearing sulphide flotation concentrate of Sudbury ore. PTC-1a is composed of chalcopyrite, pentlandite, and pyrrhotite, with small amounts of quartz, feldspar, pyroxene, epidote, mica, pyrite and bravoite.

Intended use /ptc-1a-certificate-analysis/   PTC-1b is a nickel-copper sulphide concentrate with noble metals donated by Vale from its Clarabelle mill in Copper Cliff, Ontario, Canada. It is therefore necessary to analyse large sample sizes to obtain representative analyses. A nickel sulphide fire assay technique has been adapted to extract the noble metals from a large sample size (50 g) into a nickel sulphide :// R. MCADAM, R. SUTARNO, P.
